Fairway lodge is the perfect place to enjoy golfing with log cabins. Set in the grounds of Fingle Glen Golf Hotel, just outside Tedburn St Mary, right in the heart of Devon, Fairway Lodge is modern and comfortable, offering an extremely pleasant stay in a fantastic location, close to lovely scenery and lots of activities to enjoy.
Visitors are welcome to make use of the fantastic 5,600 yard golf course with par of 70 for men and 72 for women, there is also a golf academy, driving range, and beauty suite and on-site restaurant and bar.
This spacious and well-appointed log cabin provides excellent accommodation with golf and the beautiful rural Devon right on the doorstep.
Fairway Lodge accommodation
All on the ground floor, the lodge consists of two bedrooms: one double with an en-suite bath, basin and WC, and one twin. There is a main shower room with shower, basin and WC. The open plan living area is spacious and modern, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
The lodge benefits from a balcony, with seating, that enables guests to relax and unwind all while soaking up the lovely Devonshire views.
General amenities include: electric convector heaters, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a TV with Freeview and a DVD player, as well as a CD player and Wi-Fi (by arrangement with owner).
Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a cot and highchair are also available.
There is off road parking with space for one car. There is a pub and a village shop just 1.8 miles away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Fairway Lodge surrounding area
Right in the heart of rural Devon, Tedburn St Mary is just three miles from the stunning Dartmoor National Park and 7.5 miles from the historic cathedral city of Exeter. The village is truly stunning, its streets lined with quaint thatched cottages and two traditional pubs to enjoy, one of which dates back to the early 1600s. It also has a well-stocked shop for all your essentials, an 18-hole golf course and a monthly farmers’ market, as well as the Tedburn Fair, held every September.
Nearby is Dartmoor National Park, famous for its ponies, and offering a vast amount of walking trails, as well as pony rides and golfing, all with the stunning backdrop. There are also lots of pretty villages in the park, which are well worth a visit.
Slightly further afield, the bustling city of Exeter boasts beautiful historic architecture, theatre productions and plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and cinemas, while there are lots of fantastic destinations for day trips, such as Crealy Adventure Park, the beaches at Exmouth and Teignmouth and the National Trust properties of Castle Drogo, Killerton House and Lydford Gorge.
